Pierzinski wins KTK Lightweight title
In one of three title fights, Lake City lightweight Travis Pierzinski defeated Ashkan Movari by third round submission to win the Konquer The Kage Lightweight title.
The event, KTK 21, was held at the Eau Claire Sports Center and broadcast live on the internet via www.wicombatsports.com. Pierzinski, of Team Crazy, battled and bloodied Movari, who trains at American School of Martial Arts (ASMA) in Savage. The fight was stopped at 2:50 of the third round as Pierzinski pinned Movari on the cage and cranked the left arm to force the technical submission.
In another title fight, Austin Judge, also of ASMA, needed just 44 seconds to defeat Chris Hart of Lake Mills (WI) by triangle choke to defend his KTK Featherweight title.
