Few have what it takes to make in the cage. It’s not enough just to be able to throw a punch. MMA cage fighters need to be cross trained in multiple disciples and ready for whatever his or her opponent might throw at them – from boxing, Jiu Jitsu, freestyle wrestling, Judo and more.
